The research on the topic of “controlling the media activity directed to the child in Algerian legislation” is one of the topics on the science of media, communication and legislation to take care of it, as childhood is one of the most important stages of growth, it is an essential stage in absorbing the values and behavioral patterns that constitute the identity of the individual, among the factors that affect on this complex process, it is the visual and audio media and the new communication media that need legal control to play its effective role, especially in front of the deviations and violations witnessed by the various media contents directed at the child.
