Abstract EN

This paper comes to present the theoretical framework for hybrid education, which is considered one of the patterns of modern education, as university institutions seek to provide technological infrastructure that is commensurate with the pedagogical environment for hybrid education, so we tried to present the most important main components of the pedagogical environment.

in order to take note of the reality of hybrid education in Algeria after the corona pandemic, light was shed on the reality of higher education during the pandemic and its evaluation to know the difficulties that Algerian university institutions faced, in addition to providing an overview of some international university institutions to know the important challenges.

finally, the necessary requirements were presented to embody hybrid education and the significance of the research paper.

reaching results that reflect the reality of applying hybrid education in Algerian universities after the corona pandemic, and presenting important proposals and recommendations that open horizons for higher education.
