تعتبر محكمة العدل الدولية من الأجهزة الرئيسية لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة حيث ساهمت المحكمة في حماية الأقليات بصفة عامة، والأقليات المسلمة في بورما بصفة خاصة المتواجدون في دولة بورما (ميانمار) التي تتعرض للانتهاكات الجسيمة لقواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني من جرائم إبادة جماعية وجرائم ضد الإنسانية والاغتصاب.
والاضطهاد والقتل والتشريد من طرف الجيش البورمي الذي يرتكب أبشع الجرائم في حق هذه الأقلية المسلمة.
Abstract EN
The International Court of Justice is one of the main member of the United Nations, where the Court has contributed to the protection of minorities in general, and Muslim minorities in Burma in particular who are in Burma (Myanmar) that are subject to grave violations of the rules of international humanitarian law from genocide, crimes against humanity and rape, persecution, killing and displacement by the Burmese army, which commits the most heinous crimes, against this Muslim minority

La Cour internationale de Justice est l'un des principaux organes des Nations Unies, elle a contribué à la protection des minorités en général, et des minorités musulmanes en Birmanie (Myanmar) en particulier, et qui subissent de graves violations des règles du droit international humanitaire contre le génocide, les crimes contre l'humanité, le viol, persécution, meurtre et déplacement par l'armée birmane, qui commet les crimes les plus odieux contre cette minorité musulmane.
