Since poetry is the mirror that reflects life, the poets in the Maghreb countries kept swimming in the stream of the alMohad idea, embodying the ambition of al-Mahdi Ibn Tumart, who wanted to establish a new empire and a unified entity for the Maghreb.

alMohad caliphs cared about poetry and its arts, so they encouraged its people with all kinds of support, in service of the political, doctrinal and doctrinal project, so the production of poets and their purposes varied.

so they infused their praises with the colors of dogmatic poetic discourse, seizing every available opportunity to recall the sanctity of the tripartite on which the idea of the state was based, namely: the Imamate, the Mahdiyya, and the infallibility.

all of this is part of the political and sectarian propaganda of the state’s project and its expansion in the countries of the Maghreb, and their dream of reaching what previous countries have reached.
