Through this research, we aim to explore the importance of implementing flexible manufacturing principles in organizations to achieve productivity efficiency within a total quality culture.

this system is exemplified by Toyota's production system and has been adopted by global organizations like apple and Boeing in aircraft manufacturing.

a model comprising six mechanisms for implementing this system is proposed, including infrastructure, knowledge management, time management, continuous improvement culture, technology training, and teamwork.

to achieve these mechanisms, two stages were addressed: first, seeking productivity efficiency by analyzing system feedback within the organization, followed by identifying solutions and improvements through the research and development department with the approval and support of top management.

the second stage involved identifying the appropriate system to achieve productivity efficiency, as proposed by the researcher, through benchmarking with a focus on Japanese management (flexible manufacturing culture and total quality culture) ..
