This research aims to reveal the link between the protection of industrial property rights in Algeria and the investment in the industrial sector as it is one of the pillars on which the national economy depends on the advancement and gradual move away from an economy linked to oil and gas and the fluctuation of prices in the international market.

providing a legal cover for this type of rights from it will contribute to the development of industrial activity by introducing the element of innovation and exploiting technology in developing industrial products and means of production to achieve self-sufficiency at the current level and entering competition in foreign markets.
