Abstract AR
يعد الاستقرار السياسي من المتغيرات التي لها دور كبير في التأثير على النشاط الاقتصادي في مختلف بلدان العالم، و لا سيما في المنطقة العربية وبعد أحداث الربيع العربي، إذ تبين من خلال البحث أن هنالك تداخلا كبيرا بين المتغيرات الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و السياسية، وقد حاولت الدراسة تقديم تفسير للاستقرار السياسي و معرفة طبيعته، و هل هو سبب أم نتيجة في الاقتصاد العراقي و يرتكز التحليل على اختبارات قياسية منها اختبار السببية، و اختبار التكامل المشترك، فضلا عن اختبار الاستقرارية وتحليل الانحدار الخطي وجعل الاستقرار السياسي متغيرا مستقلا.
جاءت أهمية الدراسة التطبيقية لقياس مدى قدرة المتغيرات في تفسير الظاهرة بما يتناسب مع الأهداف لهذه الدراسة، حتى يمكن تفسير المشكلة و محاولة وضع الحلول المناسبة لها، إذ يعد الإصلاح الاقتصادي ضرورة لمعالجة مشكلة عدم الاستقرار السياسي في العراق، و قد ثبت أنها مشكلة اقتصادية بامتياز، بهدف تخفيف المشكلات بالاستثمار الأجنبي لغرض تنويع القاعدة الإنتاجية.
Abstract EN
Political stability is one of the variables that have a major role in influencing economic activity in various countries of the world, especially in the Arab region, especially after the events of the Arab Spring.
It was found through the research that there is a great overlap between the economic, social and political variables, as the study tried to provide an explanation for political exclusion and know its nature and whether it is a cause or a result in the Iraqi economy.
Linear regression and making political stability an independent variable.
The importance of the applied study came to measure the extent of the ability of the variables to explain the phenomenon in proportion to the objectives of this study, so that the problem can be explained and an attempt to develop appropriate solutions to it.
