Small and medium enterprises have important roles in the development of countries and the sustainability of their economy, and since local development is the basis of national development the study came to show the role of institutions funded by the ANADE agency in supporting entrepreneurship and achieving local development in the Wilaya of Bechar.

and based on the descriptive analytical approach, the study concluded that despite the contribution these institutions make, they face many challenges that must be faced to achieve their actual role in supporting entrepreneurship and development locally and nationally.
