Abstract EN

Given the inability of traditional criminal law with its rigid rules to cope with the development of business crimes, there was a need to bring changes to the criminal policy and to search for ways to confront the business crimes committed.

this can be achieved through the development of special legal rules capable of facing the seriousness of these crimes.

the procedural aspect of the criminal law for business is not devoid of a specificity that distinguishes it from other fields, and the study dealt with the specifies of the procedural rules in the field of business, both as regard to the procedures for bringing suit against perpetrators of business crimes, and concerning of the rules of jurisdiction and evidence in the Algerian Criminal business law.
