This study presents the utilization of artificial intelligence applications to enhance the principles of governance in commercial enterprises, by presenting analyses and proposals for their activation, analysis, critique, and commentary.

the first part of the study addresses suitable artificial intelligence applications for corporate governance and their role in activating the principles of disclosure and transparency during the establishment of a company and in the stock market, utilizing intelligent electronic agents and artificial neural meanwhile, the second part of the study focuses on employing artificial intelligence to establish governance principles in company management, elucidating the latter's role in reinforcing the responsibilities of administrative bodies and protecting the rights of stakeholders through the utilization of expert systems and robots.
