This study aims to indicate the position of criminal legislation, including Algerian legislation, on the criminalization of the act of endangering the life and physical integrity of others as an independent crime that can contain most acts and behaviours that pose a direct and immediate danger to others, including the indiscriminate firing of firearms on occasions as a phenomenon known to be widespread and disturbing, leaving many lives and many physical injuries, through the use of the descriptive approach to determining the nature of the crime, and the analytical approach to text analysis.
