The study aims to shed light on the Israeli aggression launched by the Israeli army on the Gaza strip in 2009 and 2014 in its war, as this aggression is considered the most violent and bloodiest against Palestinian since the occupation of Palestine in 1948.

Israel has used all kinds of lethal weapons, including prohibited weapons.

these Israeli practices violated the rules of international humanitarian law, and grave breaches of the four Geneva conventions of 1949 and considered them as war crimes against the Gaza strip, which necessitates its international responsibility, both criminal and civil.

this leads us to raise a very important problem of the extent to which Israeli officials can be brought to trial for their crimes in occupied Palestine? what are the effective mechanisms by which to reach this lofty goal that every lover of international peace.
