The study provides an understanding of the tools and mechanisms of action that enabled the state in North Africa to obstruct the process of creating an effective and independent civil society that operates outside the scope of the state that controls all aspects of life.

in the framework of this, the state works to implement a policy of penetrating independent civil organizations, domesticating or containing them, or creating competing organizations and controlling their activities, as various organizations are used to penetrate and undermine society and provide support that guarantees the continuity of the corporate state.

the state also allows the establishment of organizations and restricts the activity of those organizations and monitor them.
