This study deals with the phenomenon of political corruption, which has always been considered a phenomenon destructive to the stability of the state through its spread at all levels and exposing the fragility of the political system and all state institutions, and this is what happened in Tunisia before the revolution of change at the time of former president Zine el Abidine Ben Ali, when the phenomenon was widespread and spread in all corners of the state and at all levels of nepotism and bribery.
