The investment is one of the topics which interest the legal studies, in particular when it is assimilated with the environment, which is the most important issues in the millennial of our century.

this preoccupation interested the new investment law N 22-18 as a first law in Algeria untested by the motive the investment in environment sector, and consider it pillar to promote the national economy.

moved towards upgrading as a sustainable investment sector through dedicating the environments investments, including renewable energies, by paying attention to priority sectors and high added value that are interested in investing in natural wealth within the framework of achieving sustainable development, to show that, the legislator made a qualitative leap in the dimension of environmental protection, by directing the national economy towards achieving economic diversification within the framework of the green economy model, and achieving sustainable development.
