This research is titled "a fundamental study of judicial jurisprudence rules and its applications in the Hanbali School." It dealt with the study of seven jurisprudential rules considered by the Hanbalis and others.

The researcher has briefly explained the rule, mentioned its evidence and applications in Hanbali jurisprudence, and mentioned its exceptions, if any.

the research came to a number of results, including the importance of paying attention to judicial rules, and the need for judges and their assistants to these rules, in addition to the need for students in Hanbali jurisprudence to study these rules according to the doctrine, and to highlight their applications to them.

the results also indicated the importance of the rules under study, and their impact on jurisprudence in the Hanbali school of thought.

the researcher recommends paying more attention to studying the judicial jurisprudence rules and mentioning their applications in the jurisprudential schools.
