justice is achieved by the assessment of fair compensation that can compensate the damage that occurred as a result of environmental damage.

in return, this compensation can be a deterrent to everyone who practices work and does not take into account the environment within the community, with an emphasis on taking all precautions and measures that can prevent the occurrence of pollution.
