Abstract EN

The problem of this research is that the security services use unmanned aerial vehicles (Drones) in order to detect crimes and apprehend the perpetrators, and the extent to which this is compatible with the idea of the legitimacy of evidence in general, and the legitimacy of evidence of conviction in particular.

Because the use of drones in this regard prejudices the right to private life.

Accordingly, we divided this research into two sections: the first: what is the use of drones in obtaining evidence of conviction.

The second: discussing the legality of using drones to obtain evidence of guilt.

We ended up with a set of results and recommendations that we hope will be fruitful and useful, especially for the Egyptian legislator.
