Countries have called for the enactment of laws that protect the "right of intellectual property", including the stimulation of human creativity and innovation, and the question is always raised about the rights that result from intellectual property, and the study concluded that the jurists of the Sharia arranged on the right of intellectual property (public right) related to the public and their need for what the owner of the right, and (private right) related to the author himself and in (moral right) and(financial right).

As for the commentators of the law, they have arranged on the intellectual property right (moral or moral right), which is a lifelong right that does not expire for a certain period, and (financial right), which is not a perpetual right, it is temporary for a certain period according to the applicable law.
