The aim of the current research is to present proposed mechanisms for investing human capital in technical education schools in Egypt, by identifying the conceptual framework of human capital, and the efforts made to invest human capital in technical education schools in Egypt.

the descriptive approach was used to achieve the objectives of the research, and the results indicated the weakness of the level of technical education programs and the weak competence of graduates and their incompatibility with the requirements of the labor market, in addition to the weakness of financial allocations.

and their skills, and the use of information and communication technology in schools to provide means for training and distance education, and benefit from virtual learning environments to support learning and creativity processes and take advantage of information technology to support the teaching and learning process of technical school students, and pay attention to continuous training in technical education schools to provide qualified and skilled workers, and motivate teachers and distinguished students, and provide the necessary financial resources to finance the material and technological needs of technical education schools.
