Improving administrative processes in the dual vocational education and training system in Egypt.

and analysis from the point of view of the study sample, and then reaching recommendations to activate dual vocational education and training, and the research used the descriptive approach, and the research reached several results, the most important of which are: the importance of activation,- the participation of teachers in training programs to develop their performance, and personal circumstances affect the level of their job performance incentives and rewards periodically, in addition to the fact that the distribution of tasks among colleagues does not enjoy justice, and the results of previous studies showed: the existence of some problems with teachers of dual vocational education in their work, including: lack of motivation to participate in the development of the strategic plan, scarcity of courses available to improve administrative processes, weak acceptance and resistance to change and development, poor knowledge of formulating the mission and vision of the school, lack of familiarity with the scientific foundations of the elements of the school message, weak interest in granting incentives to schools that apply dual vocational education and training, and poor planning organization and good implementation of the plans set and the scarcity of a special budget to improve administrative processes and neglect to encourage initiatives and innovations and lack of field follow-up from the relevant department of senior management to provide appropriate feedback, as well as the lack of incentives and rewards periodically in addition, the distribution of tasks among colleagues is not fair, and teachers of dual vocational education and training schools must be involved in training programs to develop their performance, and their role in solving community problems must be activated.
