Abstract EN

The current study aimed to determine the structural model of the direct and indirect causal relationships between psychological engineering, professional motivation, and proactive personality, reveal the differences in psychological engineering according to the variables of gender, academic degree, and the interaction between them, identify the levels of the study variables in the sample, in addition to identifying the percentage of the contribution of psychological engineering in both professional motivation and proactive personality among the study sample whom consisted of (84) university faculty members.

the researcher prepared and used the following study tools: the psychological engineering scale, the professional motivation scale, and the proactive personality scale.

results concluded that there are no differences between the two genders, or among the different academic degrees of stuff members, or the interaction between them in psychological engineering.

the level of each psychological engineering, professional motivation and proactive personality was also high among the study sample.

psychological engineering contributed to professional motivation by 74.5%, and psychological engineering contributed to the proactive personality of the study sample by 69.6%.

the proposed structural model of the direct and indirect causal relationships between the variables of the study coincided with the matrix of simple correlation coefficients for the relationships between the variables, and the results of the validity of this model confirmed the results of the other hypotheses of the study.

finally; some recommendations and suggested researches were discussed.
