هدف البحث إلى التعرف على معوقات تطبيق ضمان الجودة في المدارس الابتدائية في مركز محافظة بابل من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس ومعاونيهم، ولتحقيق هدف البحث أعد الباحث مقياسا يتضمن ثلاث مجالات، (المعوقات البشرية –المعوقات المادية- المعوقات التنظيمية)، وقد تم التحقق من صدق وثبات المقياس ثم وزعه الباحث على مجموعة من مدراء المدارس ومعاونيهم وعلى وفق استجاباتهم تم استخراج النتائج.

The research aims to identify the obstacles to the application of quality assurance in primary schools in the center of Babil Governorate from the point of view of school principals and their assistants.
The scale was then distributed by the researcher to a group of school principals and their assistants, and according to their responses, the results were extracted
