The organizational communication is allowed to manage work groups of common projects and to inquire about mechanisms of compatibility implementation as well as their internal harmony to achieve targets.

communication related to human resources is subject to defamation because of different cognitive, cultural and organizational obstacles that is probable for worker to encounter and cost the organization important moral and material losses.

therefore, it is up to the management of organization to intervene urgently to establish an effective efficient communication basis to surpass them.

through this research paper, we will try to know more communication obstacles in terms of works organizations in general and in Algerian institutions in particular to know ways in order to overcome them.
