The study aimed to identify self-esteem and its relationship to the level of ambition among the players of hand ball clubs in el Bayadh.

where the student researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method.

the study sample included players from some clubs in the state of el Byadh.

where the researcher applied the self-esteem scale and the level of ambition scale.
