Abstract EN

Although the Algerian legislator surrounded the administrative judicial bodies with a set of texts to distribute jurisdiction among them, it did not completely eliminate the conflict between these bodies, especially after the installation of the administrative court of appeal as a new judicial body in the administrative judiciary, soit was necessary for the Algerian legislator to redistribute terms of reference between these bodies.

in this research paper, we wanted to shed light on the solutions provided by law 13 / 22, amending and supplementing law 08 / 09 related to the civil and administrative procedures law, in the field of conflict of jurisdiction between the administrative judicial authorities and the new system that deals with issues of engagement and judicial settlement.
