The aime of the study is to identify effectiveness of directors of the educational institutions in the quality of the extracurricular activities for students, thought by activating the director various activities: scientific, cultural, sports, health activities and social activities, so used the descriptive method and including the sample for the study directors of the educational institutions, and to use a questionnaire, the interview and the statistical package for social sciences(SPSS) software have been designed to collect data.
