this change is evident in the complete exclusion of parliamentarians from the organic side of the constitutional court, while retaining their competence to exercise notification in specific areas, after fulfilling the quorum condition, which although it is less than the conditional limit for notification of the constitutional council, but its collection remains difficult, in light of the political practice in Algeria.
