During the COVID-19 pandemic, the world experienced the deprivation of many people of their jobs and incomes, and we showed the relationship between the pandemic, poverty and food insecurity, relying on statistics available by the world bank and other international bodies, and academic studies in this field, where we found that the pandemic affected all countries and significantly on the poor ones, which were already suffering from severe food insecurity, which made countries adopt similar health policies, and different economic policies according to the ability of each country, which is discussed throughout this article, to reach solutions in the future if we live in different health conditions.
