Abstract EN

In this study i dealt with the topic of the five major jurisprudence rules of Imam al-Bukhari and their applications through translations of the chapters of al-Jami al-Sahih, i begin with some words of the Imams about al-Qaeda as a prelude, then i mention its tabulation in al-Qaeda in translations of the chapters, and based on the Sunnah of the prophet with him, then it was followed by the practical side as a representation of it through the Imam twith brief, and my aim is to highlight the doctrinal constraint of the Imam, since it was not assigned to study before and god knows best-especially the major rules, it is worth expanding, as it became clear to me through research the jurisprudence of Imam al-Bukhari, his good branching, his reasoning, and his recognition of the five rules, if he did not call it what the jurists termed after him, and that he mentioned all its documents from the Sunnah of the prophet except the rule of harm is removed, because her document is a hadith mursal, god knows.
