Abstract EN

The research explores the Hadith of Abi Al Darda’ "the virtue of reconciliation" narrated by Abi Dawood Al Sigjistani, It is Hadith in which reconciliation is encouraged and relationships corruption and breeding animosity and hatred are discouraged.

The analytical approach has been adopted in this study so that the most important issues of the transmitted chain and the subject matter are considered.

It is also to explore the approach of Abi Dawood in Hadith and conclude the most significant lessons and the Shariah rules learnt from it.

The research has been divided into two chapters: the first is the analytic study of transmitted chain issues and the second is an analytic study of the subject matter issues.

Each chapter includes several claims.

It was concluded that reconciliation is one of the greatest pious acts while relationships corruption is one the worst sinful deeds.

Reconciliation is a reason why we should firmly hold the rope of Allah and seeking His protection.

On the other hand, relationships corruption is a crack in one’s religion.

Those who are involved in reconciliation and avoid corruption of relationships get a higher rank than the one who prays during the night and observes fasting during the day and is busy with his or her personal issues.

One of the recommendations is to pay much more attention to analytical studies of some Hadiths that deal with our life and our social matters and issues.
