This study is an explanation of the reality of the Iraqi judiciary to stand on the extent of the acceptance of the civil judiciary of modern technology, and whether there are obstacles that prevent the possibility of this benefit, whether these obstacles are the legal texts in force or the judicial orientations of the federal court the principle of urgency in obtaining rights without prejudice to judicial guarantees.
