Abstract EN

This research studies "Imam Muslim’s approach to repel the illusory contradiction between texts by way of weighting through his Sahih." The importance of this study lies in highlighting the approach of Imam Muslim in the weighting between the fictitious narrations of conflict between them, and linking the hadith aspect to jurisprudence.

This study consisted of an introduction, a preface and two sections, three demands, and a conclusion that included the most important results and recommendations.

I concluded that Imam Muslim brings out in his correct Musnad the conflicting hadiths that can push the illusory contradiction between them with weighting, and that he, may God have mercy on him, present the most correct over the more likely, and I recommend paying more attention to studying the approach of Imam Muslim in general in his correct chain of transmission again and delving into such research, focusing on His method- may God have mercy on him- in explaining and arranging the narrations; Because this is useful in knowing his method in the various sciences of hadith.
