Modern technology plays a prominent role in ordinary litigation in general and administrative proceedings in particular because of its efforts and speed in achievement and ensuring the provision of a distinguished government service to citizens and a means of enhancing confidence in the judicial system by developing and simplifying litigation procedures, speeding up file management and sentencing to achieve justice and obtaining rights and increasing the effectiveness of the administrative judiciary's performance in the adjudication of administrative disputes, and the research aims to demonstrate the advantages of technological development in improving performance at the administrative judicial facility and providing judicial protection.

with easy and simplified procedures and to the role of the means of modern technology in litigation, especially in light of the great positives that come back from the use of these means and easy the most important of which is the possibility of applying this system under the legislation in force and the effectiveness of this system and the possibilities available to achieve it in the absence of electronic regulation.

the first is the concept of electronic litigation and its characteristics and the second is the legislative basis for electronic litigation, but the second is the procedural framework for electronic administrative litigation and two demands that we deal with in the first requirement to file the administrative suit electronically and in the second requirement to consider the administrative case electronically and adjudicate it and then conclude to the conclusion of the research, which includes a number of conclusions and proposals, which we hope will take its share in implementation.
