The world is witnessing a very huge technological revolution that represents a breakthrough in the field of providing services or industries, and one of the most important applications of this revolution is the development of what is known as strong artificial intelligence, which enjoys a high degree of independence and is capable of self-development and making appropriate decisions that come close to the decisions taken by humans, as it is the case in the development of what is known as the electronic judge, this development imposed the necessity of a legal response to the new situation is the importance of creating a new legal regulation that imposes giving artificial intelligence legal personality to be qualified to bear the responsibility resulting from the harm it causes to others.
