Abstract EN

This research aims to clarify a new idea that has not been addressed by anyone - as far as I know - in an independent study, which is (the weighting between the explanatory sayings according to the Sunnah of God in His creation), and I conducted an applied study on (examples of what the commentators preferred among the explanatory sayings according to the Sunnah of God in His creation), and the purpose of the research is to answer that question (How did the commentators employ the Sunnah of God in His creation in giving preference between explanatory sayings?) Study Approach: The nature of the research requires a plurality of approaches.

Therefore, the researcher combined in this study between induction and analysis.

As for the inductive approach: in following the Qur’anic verses in which the scholars preferred the explanatory sayings according to the Sunnah of God in His creation, and the analysis to find out the types of Sunnahs in which the scholars preferred between the sayings.

The research reached the following results: 1.

Realizing the Sunnah of God in His creation is one of the ways of choosing the most correct sayings, benefiting from the correct statements that are contrary to the most correct, and rejecting the wrong ones.

2.

Preferring God’s Sunnah in His creation (strengthening one of the sayings in interpreting the verse in the manner followed in God Almighty’s treatment of humans based on their behavior, actions, and attitude towards God’s religion and those who communicate it and weakening or refuting anything else).

3.

The necessity of observing other rules of weighting related to the text, the Sunnah, the effects, the evidence, and the language of the Arabs.
