حديث الغيرة والخيلاء التي يحب الله و يبغض الله: دراسة حديثية فقهية

Abstract EN

This study dealt with the hadith of jealousy and vanity that loves Allah and hates Allah, it is concerned with showing the acceptance of the hadith from the side of the chain of transmission, then study the legal rulings related to both jealousy and vanity in terms of origin and different situations.

The researchers divided the research into three sections, the first: studying the issues of the bond, and the extent to which it is acceptable to derive jurisprudential rulings from it, the second: a clarification of the mandated rulings related to jealousy, and the third: a statement of the legal rulings related to vanity.

According to the inductive approach with the critical and deductive approach, and the researchers reached to accept the hadith from the modern point of view, and that the original in jealousy is permissibility, which is two parts, and as for showing off, it is prohibited in the original, but the cases of war and charity are excluded from it.
