يتناول هذا البحث دراسة موضوع الإطلاقات الكلية عند المحدثين، والتي هي قواعد وضوابط عامة يندرج تحتها كثير من الجزيئات، وقد تعرضنا في البحث لبيان حقيقة الكليات الحديثية، ونشأتها، وأهم التراكيب الدالة عليها، ثم بينا أهمية الكليات الحديثية، وأبرز معالمها، وأيضا ذكرنا نماذج للإطلاقات الكلية عند علماء الحديث، مع بيان أنواعها، ومظان وجودها، وأشهر العلماء الذين اعتنوا بذكرها، ثم ختم البحث بدراسة أبرز المصنفات في الكليات الحديثة.
Abstract EN
This research deals with the study of the topic of total releases for the modernists, which serve as general rules under which many particles fall.
The college according to the scholars of hadith, with an explanation of its types, the appearance of its existence, and the most famous scholars who took care of its mention, then concluded the research by studying the most prominent works in modern colleges.
