There is no doubt that the tremendous development that the world has witnessed and is witnessing in the field of information technology, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence applications, which have cast a shadow on the behavior of societies in various aspects of life, have had an impact on the international trade community.

The emergence of what is known as the World Wide Web and its associated applications of artificial intelligence, turned the world into a small village in which all transactions take place with easy effort without the need to move around and wait.
