The issue of constitutional reforms raised the opinion of many of the people between what was stipulated in the constitution of the republic of Iraq of 2005 and the attempts to make constitutional amendments and the possibility of coming up with results that express the will of the people to change or amend the provisions of the constitution in line with the accompanying economic and political conditions and the political conflicts that prevented from those the amendments, and the extent to which they relate to the general system of the political system, or are limited to formal amendments without prejudice to the essence of the institutions.

the study on the constitutional reforms in the constitution of the republic of Iraq for the year 2005 requires a change in the concept and depth of the constitutional system and the political influence to resolve crises and political blockages and does not allow it to be interrupted by political will without the other according to the concept of the political system adopted by the people and expressing their will in the constitution, and to allow and through the role of political parties the maturity of civil society and its potential to play an active role in the future developments of constitutional reforms.
