The research dealt with the issue of forgiveness in the jurisprudential and fundamentalist expression, which was stipulated by the Hanafi scholars in their books, and it can be defined as : the words used by the jurists and the fundamentalists in a language other than their linguistic, jurisprudential or fundamentalist truth without intending a moral relationship, nor setting up a presumption indicative of it, depending on the The meaning appears in the place.

It was found that their use has purposes, including : reducing the words used in expressing the meaning and giving the perception, and bringing the picture and the general meaning closer, especially in the definitions, and working to bring out the speech in a way that corresponds to the words of the opponent.

Among the books on the Hanafi school of thought, among these areas : definitions, jurisprudential differences, mandated and positivist rulings, jurisprudential explanations, and so on.

Through the research, it reached eleven areas, and a difference emerged between the commentators in their presence and absence in some phrases, which widened the circle of difference in explaining all this, three approaches were followed : inductive, analytical, and deductive.
