The topic of the research revolves around the situation in which the national legislator, jurist or judge is affected by the law of a foreign country.

the legislator includes the practical solutions contained in this law in the national legislation, or the jurist deals with cases in which there is no provision in his national law with practical solutions contained in the law of a country.

or the judge is affected according to his authority -views of jurisprudence based on the legislation of foreign countries.

in all these cases, if the foreign law is not applicable in the country of the legislator, jurist or judge who was affected by this law, then this is a danger to the society of this country, especially if the two countries are far apart in cultures and religions.

this is not just theoretical talk, but it is found on the ground in some Iraqi legislations affected by foreign laws, as these legislations have significant negative effects on Iraqi society, and cause many problems that this society suffers from.
