Abstract EN

The study aims to shed light on the heritage sources, especially those that are interspersed with the mirror technology, and are surrounded by reflections by the Syrian poet adonis.

the study focused on several heritage sources, including (religious, historical, mystical, and legendary heritage), as i semiotically analyzed these texts and traced the mirror technology through them, then summarized them in the form of an arrow chart in order to enrich the originally deep text of adonis.

adonis mastered the use of this wonderful technology through his rich texts, making them a spacious space to fly through, a fertile ground for diversity, emergence and high growth, and a fresh and renewable river carrying with its folds amazing and different connotations and meanings.

the mirrors were mixed with heritage and interacted with its semantic and aesthetic merits, such that the poetics of the text abounds with everything that is fertile for the image and artistic language.
