Fractional integral of non-integer order is considered as one of the most important topics dealt with in scientific research during the past decades, and has evolved significantly in past years.
We employ one of the recent fractional calculus( the conformable one ) and derive some new integral inequalities related to Hilbert's type inequalities.
The best possible constant is determined for general and some other special cases.
