Abstract EN

In the Arab heritage there is a large number of literary texts that have attracted the attention of scholars and researchers as they studied it from its various aspects and revealed its facts and secrets and the reasons for its pope larity in the horizons, including the famous literary shrines known as) Maqa mat al-Hariri (by the famous scholar Abu Muhammad al-Qasim bin Ali bin Muhammad bin Othman al-Hariri Al-Basri Al-Harami) d 516.AH.(Perhaps one of the most recent scientific approaches that made literary text analysis an important thing in linguistics is what is called) deliberative (which is con sidered a method of discourse analysis rather than a critical one ,because it includes all other trends such as psychological and social criticism and so on.

Deliberative ones in formulating possible interpretations of a text; Because it deals with language in its communicative-communicative dimension and reveals the human capabilities of linguistic communication.

In line with these concepts, this research starts from previous assumptions about the possibility of deliberative analysis of an ancient text, and the Hariri maqamat was taken as an application space for those concepts through the use of the descriptive analytical approach in presenting the topic on the ground of research and discussion .This text - Maqamat Hariri - belongs to the prose discourse and specifically the Abbasid prose ,but in general it is not a purely prose ,rather it is a prose that combines poetry and prose and has features that make the power of poetry in it increase in strength and intensity Strategies in which there are several ingredients to support the orientation process ,as well as several linguistic means, such as command ,appeal ,interrogation, and so on other concepts.
