Abstract AR
إن للمسلم عند الله مكانة عظيمة، ومنزلة رفيعة، ما دام محافظا على أركان الإسلام، وامتثل أوامره العظيمة، واجتنب النواهي والمعاصي.
ودم المسلم على المسلم حرام.
أن يبلغ الشاهد الغائب، فإنه يجوز للشاهد أن يبلغ من هو أعلم به منه صلى الله عليه وسلم لحرمة دم المسلم.
Abstract EN
The Muslim has a great status and high status before God, as long as he maintains the pillars of Islam, complies with its great commands, and avoids prohibitions and sins.
The blood of a Muslim on another Muslim is forbidden.
To inform the absent witness, as it is permissible for the witness to inform someone who is more knowledgeable than him, may God bless him and grant him peace, due to the sanctity of a Muslim’s blood.
