Praise be to God, and peace and blessings be upon our master Muhammad, the messenger of god, and upon his family and companions, and from his parents, and after: this research aims to explain the effect of the difference of jurists, may god almighty have mercy on them in the verses of the rulings mentioned in Surat al-Kahf, the agency’s issues as a model, and that the interpretation of the verses of the rulings is characterized by containing it.

benefits in various sciences, it includes the sciences of the Qur'an, the science of jurisprudence and its origins, the science of education and behavior, and the general meanings of the Qur'anic verses, and I do not claim that I have come in these studies, regarding the interpretation and jurisprudence, with what the first scholars and interpreters did not come to, but it is the plural, selection and abbreviation and comment and weighting according to what is required.

Surat al-Kahf included many jurisprudential rulings, which the jurists have drawn from its generous verses, and from these issues of the agency, in this surah is one of the provisions that indicate the provisions of the orphan, and some of its details are shown, and the speech in this research will be on the agency and its legitimacy, and some of the provisions that included it the noble surah.
