إن المقاربة السيكوسوماتية الإدماجية ليس هدفها مجرد إدماج التحليل النفسي الطب والعلوم العصبية، بل كذلك البحث عن العلاقة التي تربط بين هذه التخصصات الثلاث، وبناء صلات موجودة بين العديد من مستويات الكائن الحي، لهذا نقول إن هذه المقاربة ترجع إلى علوم الأحياء في مستوياتها المتمايزة في قلب استمرارية الوحدة السيكوسوماتية.
جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتوضيح مبادئ الجسدنة وسياقاتها حسب بيير مارتي بالموازاة مع التناول الجديد للمقاربة السيكوسوماتية الإدماجية باستعراض النموذج الشامل للعلاقات الديناميكية للأنظمة الخمسة والفرضية العصبية لأصل الجسدنة.
