this approach typically suffices for simple disputes.

however, for more complex issues, the parties may engage experts to assess the damage and investigate its causes due to the specific nature of the insured risk.

yet, there are instances where disputes cannot be easily resolved through negotiation, compelling the involved parties to seek judicial intervention for resolution.

when pursuing legal action, it is crucial to adhere to the appropriate local and specific jurisdictional requirements; failing to do so may result in the case being dismissed.
