Illegal immigration is no longer a social issue only, but it has become an issue of a security nature as a result of the security repercussions it produces on the receiving countries, especially the many crimes committed by illegal immigrants, as well as the emergence of terrorist networks, which necessitated the necessity of intensifying international efforts to enact laws and take mechanisms to limit from this phenomenon.
